• The picture is signed bottom right: S H Leatherhead, 1924 and is in excellent condition

• The frame has recently been re-painted in a cream tone which perfectly complements the hues of the painting

• This painting has been produced by an amateur and has a somewhat naive charm: some of the the figures are not to scale, nor is the gas powered light. These errors all add to the charm of this painting.
